Pemberley Maison Appointment &
Cancellation Policy
To ensure fairness and protect the time reserved for each client, the following policies apply to all Pemberley Maison appointments:
🔹 24-Hour Cancellation Window
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time will result in:
Forfeit of the appointment slot, and
A fee equal to 50% of the service value, due within 24 hours of the original appointment time.
🔹 Arrival & Access Policy
If I arrive for the scheduled appointment and do not receive a response:
I will knock, text, and call.
I will wait 15 minutes for a reply. If there is no response by then, I will leave.
In this case, the full appointment fee is owed in full, as the time was fully allocated and reserved for you.
🔹 Respecting Each Other’s Time
These policies are in place to honor both your time and mine, and to allow smooth scheduling for all Pemberley Maison clients. Remember, this is a commitment not just to us at Pemberley Maison but to yourself.
